Off-site corporate catering for New York, built around our own kitchen, rentals, and staff
Krisp Events is an off-site catering and events company based in Brooklyn, producing around 1,000 events a year across New York City since 2011. About 85% of our work is corporate: client dinners, board meetings, product launches, holiday parties, conferences, and brand activations, along with the fuller schedule that comes with Fashion Week and Climate Week.
Everything is prepped at our own commissary kitchen in Brooklyn and finished on-site by our chefs, so the food arrives the way it was meant to be served. We also own our rental inventory outright (glassware, silverware, platters, tables, ovens, and hot holding equipment), which means we are not dependent on outside rental availability during the busiest weeks of the year. That matters a lot in September and December.
We handle full-service catering, food-only and beverage-only programs, bar service, event staffing, and rentals, either as one package or piece by piece depending on what a planner already has covered.
